About Us

Family Estate Planning Ltd is a professional, friendly estate planning practice based in Wokingham, Berkshire

We offer a completely free, no obligation consultation to talk through your individual circumstances and needs.

Family Estate Planning was established by Andy Pulford, who runs Faron Partnership Ltd, a successful Wokingham-based independent financial advice firm.

It was through meeting Faron clients that Andy identified a need for a dedicated estate planning service for the people of Wokingham, Bracknell, Crowthorne, Reading, surrounding towns and across the UK.

Family Estate Planning offers financial advice to a wide range of clients and has always had an involvement in Trust work, but mostly wrapped around people’s investment decisions.

Over time it became apparent that even though Faron was recommending to clients that they put in place Wills and Powers Of Attorney to direct their assets when they pass away or have someone care for their money if they become unwell or incapable, and trusts, there was an anomaly.

On the one hand they were being helped to create wealth, but on the other hand they were not ensuring that it finds its way to the right people when the time comes.

So, Family Estate Planning was established as a new business to cater for that need.

Most people know about Wills, Powers of Attorney and Trusts but equally many people don’t fully understand them in great detail or how they can be used to their best advantage.

Consequently, they don’t get around to setting them upmeaning they are potentially putting at risk the wealth that they’ve worked hard to accrue.

Having someone to talk to about the various aspects of estate planning and discuss what the implications are and how it affects you is an important part of what we do.

It’s one thing to read something and for someone to tell you that taking a course of action is a good idea but sometimes you just need somebody to talk to and apply it to your real-world situation.
